Our romantic escape was lovely at this hotel. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel was conveniently located near major roads and shopping areas. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet at night, making our stay very relaxing.
The WIFI service was poor, and the decor in the bathroom looked old and tired. the hotel needs updating, and the breakfast options were limited, which made our stay a bit disappointing.

Excellent reception staff made ait a pleasure to arrive. Very accomodating. Will definitely choose this location again if I am in the area.
The food would have been worth the money if I had not had to ask for fresh items from my meal. The plate had been left under a heat light and had become dry and chewy.

Room and bed very comfortable. Good breakfast which was served hot.
Smokers should be given an area to smoke far away from the front door. The smell and the smoke hits you like a wall.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is excellent, with easy access to a retail park that offers plenty of shops to browse through. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a comfy bed - perfect for a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was great, providing everything I needed, including boiled water for a cup of tea. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, and basic amenities.
All was perfect during my stay.

Convenient Location and Cleanliness Spent Christmas at this hotel and was pleased with the convenient location near the town centre. the room was clean and well-maintained. the complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch. the hotel provided free parking which was helpful.
the heating was on full even when we tried turning it down, leading to an uncomfortably hot room.

Excellent, and courteous reception. Despite the premises being near to a busy main road, it was fairly quiet in the room. The meal deal was/is very good value for money. In unfamiliar surroundings the in house evening meal saved time and effort looking for local restaurants. The restaurant staff were also courteous and attentive.
Nil. No complaint, but check the drainage from handbasins in rooms. In our room it took an age for the wash baisn to empty, suggesting that its waste trap is near to being blocked.
